Lake Tahoe Camping, Resorts & RV Parks
There are hundreds of exciting Lake Tahoe campsites available at three California state parks and privately owned parks, but only one Nevada state park with three primitive campsites on a backcountry trail. RV campsites are fewer, with only some campgrounds offering water and electric hookups and dump stations. Bears are active, and strict campfire and grilling restrictions apply, so there precautions are necessary when camping.
